What kind of underwear is in fashion now?

Can I return the item if it does not fit?

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine“ On Consumer Rights Protection ”, underwear is included in the list of good quality goods that are not subject to exchange and return.

Is the discount card issued by AJOUR partner salons valid for online purchases?

*If you do not use a discount card in an offline store within 2 years, your discount will automatically expire.

What should I do if I receive poor-quality or defective linen?

This is not possible with AJOUR products. Products undergo several stages of verification. Initially, the models are tested in an experimental workshop and only go into production after the focus groups have given them the highest score. Each finished item of linen is carefully checked - at the time of arrival at the warehouse and just before delivery. With us you can always be sure of the excellent quality of the products.

Are the sizes AJOUR and BRETELLE the same?

Yes, the dimensions are exactly the same and correspond to the international size grid. The material on our site will help determine the size of the bra correctly.
